A fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is coming to South Fayette.

Mezeh Mediterranean Grill will host a grand opening June 6 at the Piazza shopping center, 193 Millers Run Road.

“Bridgeville’s booming mix of commuters, families and health‑minded foodies is perfect for Mezeh’s build-your-own menu,” said Madelaine Brewer, chief marketing officer for Mezeh.

“We can’t wait to fire up the grills and share scratch‑made Mediterranean flavors with our new neighbors.”

Brewer said Mezeh serves customizable rice bowls, salads and wraps. Brewer emphasized the restaurant’s fresh ingredients.

“Every grain, protein, dip, topping and sauce is made in‑house each morning,” she said.

Founded in 2011, Mezeh operates more than 50 locations on the East Coast.

The South Fayette location will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

There are no Mezeh restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. Brewer said there’s been more outreach on social media about the South Fayette opening than any other Mezeh opening in the past year.

“Pittsburgh is a great market,” Brewer said. “It has a bustling population of families, commuters and students. And while there are several healthy fast-casual options in the area, we know there’s more demand in the market and we’re excited to share our passion for flavorful, convenient and nutritious food with the community.”

To celebrate grand opening day June 6, Mezeh will offer every customer in line a free bowl with the purchase of a drink. The offer lasts all day, Brewer said.

Mezeh offers dine-in, takeout and delivery options.

The South Fayette restaurant is hiring. People can email their resume to employment@mezeh.net.
