If you’re a recent college graduate and looking for a job as a spokesperson for a large corporation that let’s you drive a funny car around the country, then this position with the Kraft Heinz Co. might be for you.

Oscar Mayer is looking for its 2020 class of Hotdoggers.

The job entails meeting (or “meating”) and greeting with people as you drive the iconic Wienermobile around the country.

This is a full-time, paid, one-year position with Oscar Mayer. The company will hire a total of 12 Hotdoggers for for jobs.

The job description states that you will represent the brand in radio and television appearances, grocery store events, charity functions and more.

Applicants should have a BA or BS, preferably in public relations, journalism, communications, advertising, or marketing — although it’s not limited to these degrees.

There is a two-week training session that helps with the company onboarding and includes selecting your Hotdogger name, learning hot dog puns, and mastering parallel parking the 27-foot hot dog on wheels.

Last year, Oscar Mayer reportedly received more than 7,000 applications but hired only 12 people.

The hot-dog-on-a-bun-themed automobile and its crew made a visit to the Alle Kiski Valley in 2018 stopping at Naser Foods in Apollo for a customer appreciation day.
