Taco Bell's free taco promotion happening Wednesday
Taco Bell’s “Steal a Base, Steal a Taco” promotion is a go this year and is happening Wednesday.
The annual promotion offers diners a free taco if a base is stolen during the World Series.
This year’s taco hero is Trea Turner of the Washington Nationals for taking a bag in the opening inning of Game 1. After leading off with a single against Houston Astros’ Gerritt Cole, he stole second base.
The promotion runs in stores on Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m. or order anytime at the company’s website or app. The offer is good for one taco.
The Series goes to Game 7 Wednesday night at 8:08 p.m. Zack Greinke pitches for the Astros against the Nationals’s Max Scherzer.
