A 55-year-old man who was shot and killed early Friday in an Oakland bar has been identified.

The deceased is Calvin Baldridge of Pittsburgh’s North Oakland, according to an Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s report.

The shooting occurred after an argument between two men inside Chief’s Cafe on North Craig Street, Pittsburgh Public Safety said.

When officers responded just after 1:30 a.m., they discovered one man lying face down and unresponsive inside the bar, officials said. Medics pronounced him dead at the bar.

A second person, a 29-year-old man, was found on the sidewalk at North Craig and Centre Avenue with a gunshot wound to the chest, officials said. He was taken to UPMC Presbyterian, police said.

Pittsburgh police detectives are investigating.
