Emergency response crews were dispatched at noon to the 2400 Block Laketon Road, said Kasey Reigner, spokeswoman for Allegheny County Emergency Services.

The fire was reported to have broken out on the fourth floor of the Douglas Plaza building, according to TribLive news partner WTAE.
