A woman was hospitalized early Saturday after being shot in Clairton, according to Allegheny County Police.
The shooting was reported just before 2:30 a.m. on Reed Street.
The woman is expected to survive, police said.
Evidence of the shooting was recovered at the scene. Anyone with information is asked to call the county police tip line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
