A man was hurt Saturday night in a shooting in Pittsburgh’s Middle Hill neighborhood, according to city police.

Officers said they found the man with multiple gunshot wounds in the 2100 block of Wylie Avenue after receiving a ShotSpotter alert at 10:40 p.m. The man, who was conscious and alert, was taken to a hospital by paramedics in critical condition.

Police continue to investigate. The scene was a few blocks from the Zone 2 police station on Centre Avenue.

The wounded man was one of three people who were reported injured in three unrelated shootings in Allegheny County overnight. A woman was shot in the stomach in Clairton and a man was shot in the shoulder in Duquesne. Both of those shootings were reported around 2 a.m. Sunday.
