Three men are facing charges in connection with the fatal shooting of a motorcyclist in White Oak.

On Friday, Victor Cruz, 27, Albert Renchko, 36, and Jacob Baker, 33, were charged in the Oct. 12 shooting death of 33-year-old Kenneth Hayman.

Allegheny County dispatchers were notified that day of a shooting at the intersection of Jacks Run Road and Lincoln Way at 2:18 p.m.

First responders found Hayman suffering multiple gunshot wounds at the scene. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Baker faces multiple charges, including criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault and homicide. Cruz and Renchko face charges, including criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault, a news release said.

During the investigation, conducted by White Oak Police Department and Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit, detectives reviewed surveillance video that showed Hayman sitting on his motorcycle at the intersection when a Chevrolet Silverado pulled up behind him.

The footage showed three men exiting the vehicle and approaching Hayman.

Hayman attempted to run from the area, but was shot multiple times after gunfire was exchanged with one of the men who had exited the truck, police said.

According to the news release, detectives conducted a series of interviews and determined through additional evidence that the truck belonged to Cruz and that both Renchko and Baker were in the vehicle as well when the incident took place.

Police said that Baker was responsible for firing the shots that killed Hayman.

Renchko’s attorney Duke George Jr. declined to comment.

Cruz and Baker did not have representation listed on court documents Friday evening.
