Allegheny County police are helping Etna police in the search for a 20-year-old woman missing since January.

Kaylene Oehling was reported missing by her mother on Jan. 12 after she failed to show up two days earlier for a babysitting obligation at her mother’s home, police said.

Oehling texted her mother earlier on Jan. 10 and could not be reached when her mother later tried to phone her, according to investigators.

The missing woman last was seen at a friend’s home in Millvale late in the evening of Jan. 9. Oehling left the house to meet someone but did not return as expected, police said.

Oehling is white, with brown hair and eyes. She is about 5 feet 1 inch tall and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and camouflage pants.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact county police at 1-833-255-8477 or through the department’s social media sites.
