Vivat Vita, the pro-life club at Aquinas Academy of Pittsburgh in Hampton, held a baby bottle campaign to raise money for Birthright of Pittsburgh.

Junior Alice Rothfus, student leader of the pro-life club, led the campaign by distributing bottles to each family at Aquinas, into which people put loose change. After weeks of counting change and placing the coins into rolls, Alice was able to make a deposit of $4,566.35, which was donated to Birthright.

Birthright of Pittsburgh is a nonpolitical, interdenominational organization that provides assistance to pregnant women without regard to race, age, religion or income. All services are free and kept strictly confidential.
