Body discovered in wooded area in Shaler

Shaler and Allegheny County police are investigating after a body was found in the woods there Thursday afternoon.

Shaler Police Chief Sean Frank said officers were called to Hahn Road around 2:30 p.m.

The body was discovered by a passerby, according to police.
