Five incumbents on the Carlynton school board have retained their seats.

According to unofficial results from the Allegheny County Elections Division, the winners, all of whom cross-filed, were Kelly Zaletski, with 19.08% of the vote; Jim Shriver, 18.83%; Jude A. Frank, 17.56%; Marissa Mendoza-Burcham, 18.24%; and George Honchar, 16.84%.

Newcomer Eric Valcheff ran as Independent candidate and received 9.0% of the vote.

Incumbent David Roussos was uncontested for a two-year term on the board.
