Charges recently filed in Bridgeville, Scott, Carnegie district courts
District court judges in Bridgeville, Scott and Carnegie handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in appropriate district courts or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet, Bridgeville
• Edward Belveny Jr., 62, of McDonald on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by South Fayette police on Nov. 12.
• Ervin Jamel Long, 33, of McDonald on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and making terroristic threats. Charges were filed by South Fayette police on Nov. 16.
Judge Jack R. Kobistek, Carnegie
• William Norchi, 39, of Pittsburgh on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges were filed by Ingram police on Nov. 11.
• Matthew Poploski, 39, of Pittsburgh on charges of drug possession, prohibited acts and a DUI. Charges were filed by Crafton police on Nov. 13.
• David Michael Hryadil, 29, of Pittsburgh on charges of careless driving, reckless driving, failing to notify police of an accident and three counts of causing an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle. Charges were filed by Crafton police on Nov. 16.
• Shawn Marshall Davis, 39, of Monessen on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, making terroristic threats and harassment. Charges were filed by Ingram police on Nov. 17.
Judge Craig Stephens, Scott
• Joseph Campbell, 35, of Carnegie on charges of making terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Charges were filed by Scott police on Nov. 10.
• James Robert Johns, 56, of Pittsburgh on charges of reckless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Scott police on Nov. 16.
