Charges recently filed in Bridgeville, Scott, Carnegie district courts
District court judges in Bridgeville, Scott and Carnegie handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in appropriate district courts or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet, Bridgeville
• Zacary Tay Hesselgesser, 19, of Chicora, Pa., on charges of prohibited acts, possession of drugs, careless driving, minor driving while alcohol in his system, causing an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle and a DUI. Charges were filed by Bridgeville police on Nov. 18.
• Tawnya Spoharski, 50, of Bridgeville on simple assault. The charge was filed by Bridgeville police on Nov. 19.
• Jeremy Todd Leadbitter, 34, of Sturgeon on charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. Charges were filed by South Fayette police on Nov. 20.
• David James Ostrander, 42, of Carnegie on charges of criminal trespassing, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Collier police on Nov. 23.
• Brandy Lee McKee, 38, of Pittsburgh on two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft. Charges were filed by South Fayette police on Nov. 24.
• Richard Eyerman, 43, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving without a license and two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft. Charges were filed by South Fayette police on Nov. 24.
Judge Jack R. Kobistek, Carnegie
• Jeremy Paul Shoup, 40, of Imperial on charges of making terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault. Charges were filed by Ingram police on Nov. 19.
• Joshua L. Thompson, 44, of Carnegie on charges of strangulation, simple assault and resisting arrest. Charges were filed by Rosslyn Farms police on Nov. 21.
• Steven Edward Hawk, 38, of Pittsburgh on charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Nov. 23.
• Adam Michael Smith, 23, of Pittsburgh on charges of disorderly conduct, a DUI, careless driving, reckless driving, texting while driving, operating a vehicle without proper certification, failing to prove payment of an emissions test and two counts of failing to notify the government of a change in name or address. Charges were filed by Ingram police on Nov. 23.

• Brian Wilkinson, 40, of Oakdale on two counts each of theft of services and access device fraud. Charges were filed by Green Tree police on Nov. 19.
• Danielle Jo Pattison, 49, of Pittsburgh on simple assault. The charge was filed by Green Tree police on Nov. 19.
• Henry Lee Pearson, 24, of Philadelphia on charges of aggravated assault, possession of drugs with intent to deliver, escape and prohibited acts. Charges were filed by Green Tree police on Nov. 19.
• Douglas Edward Riley, 33, of Waynesburg on retail theft. The charge was filed by Scott police on Nov. 20.
