Drugs, assault, DUIs among charges filed in Carnegie, Scott courts

District court judges in Bridgeville, Scott and Carnegie handled these criminal cases from Oct. 12-19. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Judge Jack R. Kobistek, Carnegie

• Letoria Harrison, 26, of Greensburg on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at nighttime and public drunkenness. Charges were filed by Ingram police Oct. 19.

• Jeffrey Davis Okorn, 46, of Carnegie on charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment. Charges were filed by Carnegie police Oct. 16.

• Javon Allen Thomas, 22, of Pittsburgh on charges of strangulation, unlawful restraint, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault and false identification to law enforcement. Charges were filed by Crafton police Oct. 15.

• Michael Christopher Moffett, 32, of South Park on charges of drug possession, prohibited acts, a DUI and failing to provide proof of financial responsibility for the operation of a vehicle. Charges were filed by Ingram police Oct. 13.

• Robert Mihail Petrescu, 32, of Pittsburgh on two DUI charges. Charges were filed by Carnegie police Oct. 13.

• Ian Michael Frey, 30, of Carnegie on charges of prohibited acts, two counts of drug possession and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Oct. 12.

Judge Craig Stephens, Scott

• Alisa Marie Jones, 32, of Pittsburgh code on a charge of prohibited acts. The charge was filed by Green Tree police Oct. 12.

• Jay Dee Lijunior Shaw, 34, of Carnegie on charges of loitering and prowling at nighttime, simple trespass, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Scott police Oct. 18.

• Dominic R. Herrera, 28, of Pittsburgh on charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, making terroristic threats and two counts of strangulation. Charges were filed by Green Tree police Oct. 18.
