DUI, assault charges among those recently handed in Bridgeville, Carnegie district courts
District court judges in Bridgeville, Scott and Carnegie handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in appropriate district courts or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet, Bridgeville
• Michael Duke, 53, of Brownsville on charges of stalking and harassment. Charges were filed by Collier police on Dec. 15.
• Rocco Joseph Giglio, 23, of McDonald on two DUIs. Charges were filed by Collier police on Dec. 16.
• Angela Danziger, 54, of Bridgeville on charges of aggravated assault and harassment. Charges were filed by South Fayette police on Dec. 17.
• Thomas Edward Duff, 34, of Bridgeville on simple assault. The charge was filed by South Fayette police on Dec. 17.
• Tiffani Amber McGough, 22, of Finleyville on charges of speeding, failing to have proper lighting and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Bridgeville police on Dec. 20.
Judge Jack R. Kobistek, Carnegie
• Susan R. Fiori, 59, of Carnegie on simple assault. The charge was filed by Carnegie police on Dec. 22.
• James P. Fiori, 61, of Carnegie on simple assault. The charge was filed by Carnegie police on Dec. 22.
Judge Craig Stephens, Scott
• James Hunter Sago, 21, of Carnegie on charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, driving under a revoked or suspended license and disobeying traffic lights and signs. Charges were filed by Scott police on Dec. 17.
• Dereck Thomas, 36, of Munhall on charges of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Greentree police on Dec. 18.
• Christopher A. Timko, 31, of Carnegie on charges of sexual assault, rape, incest, unlawful restraint and indecent assault. Charges were filed by Scott police on Dec. 18.
