Noise exemption
The state Liquor Control Board granted the Crafty Jackalope’s request to follow Bridgeville’s noise regulations, according to the borough.
The borough said it provided the LCB’s order to the police department and the restaurant.
The order allows the borough, instead of the LCB, to enforce its own noise regulations on the restaurant.
The exemption is only for one year. Bridgeville would then need to reapply next year for a three-year exemption.
