Scott EMS paramedics and EMTs will handle 911 calls in the following manner:

• Paramedics and EMTs will begin questioning from a distance. They may wear goggles, masks and gloves for patient protection and their own.

• They may ask patients to wear surgical masks.

• Every ambulance is cleaned and decontaminated.
