Theft, DUIs, drugs among charges filed in Bridgeville, Carnegie, Scott courts

District court judges in Bridgeville, Scott and Carnegie handled these criminal cases from Oct. 12-19. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet, Bridgeville

• Jordan Andrew Cervone, 25, of Avalon on charges of receiving stolen property and two counts of theft. Charges were filed by Collier Township police on Oct. 20.

• Hamid Ahmad Rasouly, 30, of Pittsburgh on charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Collier Township police on Oct. 20.

• Chad Koziak, 18, of Bridgeville on three counts of possession of drugs with intent to deliver. Charges were filed by Bridgeville police on Oct. 27.

Judge Jack R. Kobistek, Carnegie

• Dameon L. Ray, 36, of Pittsburgh on writing bad checks. The charge was filed by Crafton police on Oct. 20.

• Justin Nilus Rumble, 41, of McKees Rocks on charges of criminal conspiracy, possession of drugs and possession of drugs with intent to deliver. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Oct. 22.

• Michael Anthony Schultz, 30, of Carnegie on charges of criminal conspiracy, drug possession and two counts of possession of drugs with intent to deliver. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Oct. 22.

• Clarence Belsar, 51, of Carnegie on charges of simple assault and strangulation. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Oct. 22.

• Marquis E. Meyers, 32, of Carnegie on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, failing to provide proof of vehicle title, driving while driving privilege is revoked or suspended, driving the wrong way on a one-way road, failing to stop, operating a motorcycle between lanes of traffic, failing to wear eye and head protection while driving a motorcycle, driving without lights to avoid detection, reckless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Oct. 23.

• Daniel Wiker, 41, of Carnegie on charges of making terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Oct. 25.

• Brian Edward Starkey, 51, of Pittsburgh on charges of theft by unlawful taking and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Scott police on Oct. 25.

• Glenn Christopher Vennero, 29, of McKees Rocks on charges of strangulation, simple assault, harassment and two counts each of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Crafton police on Oct. 25.

• Kurt Robert Brown, 40, of Carnegie on charges of giving false identification to authorities and defiant trespassing. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Oct. 26.

• Jasmine Monique Hawkins, 23, of Ingram on two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed by Ingram police on Oct. 27.

Judge Craig Stephens, Scott

• Jay Dee Shaw, 34, of Carnegie on charges of resisting arrest and giving false identification to authorities. Charges were filed by Scott police on Oct. 27.
