DUI cases among those recently handled in Judge Zucco’s Plum court

Plum District Court Judge Linda Zucco handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Timothy George Weifenbaugh Jr., 38, of Plum on charges of failing to obey traffic control devices, failure to keep right, disregarding a traffic lane, following too closely, making an improper right turn, failing to drive at a safe speed, driving too slow for conditions, careless driving, having an open alcoholic container and a DUI. Charges were filed April 15.

Waived for court

• Adrian Heinz Foody, 28, of Canonsburg on two DUI charges. Charges were filed by Oakmont police July 1.
