A flash flood warning, through midnight, has been issued for northern Allegheny County and all of Butler County by the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh.

The Allegheny County areas include Ross and McCandless, plus O’Hara and Harrison.

The NWS said that between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen with an expected rainfall rate of 1 to 2 inches later tonight.
