Sgt. William Rice stands guard at the American Legion Post 77 in Aspinwall on Sunday. Military veterans will be doing the changing of the guards Sunday until 4 p.m. The annual Memorial Day observance begins with a flyover Monday at 11:15 a.m. followed by a service. A parade starts at noon.
