On the heels of a series of successful 2023 events, Hampton Township launched another year of Pints in the Park this May.

The weather was, to borrow a description, frightful. And besides for some youngsters having fun in the rain, it was none too delightful.

Fast-forward a couple of months, and what a difference Mother Nature made.

Nothing but sunshine greeted guests, and there were many, for the July 26 Pints in the Park. Those in attendance could enjoy music by the Felt Like, the local duo of Cody Abt and Jared Schillinger, while cooling off with iced treats and beverages.

For folks over 21, beverages were available from event presenter Strange Roots Experimental Ales of West Deer. And plenty of food trucks were on site to offer a variety of dinner selections.

The next Pints in (Hampton Community) Park extravaganza is Aug. 23, with PGH Party Creations scheduled to return for face painting and the Mitch & Declan Duo providing tunes.
