The victim of a fatal stabbing on Sunday in Pittsburgh’s Hill District has been identified.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Rasheed A. McKamey, 28, of the Hill District.

Pittsburgh police said the stabbing was reported shortly after 4 a.m. and stemmed from a domestic dispute in the 2100 block of Bedford Avenue.

Officers said they found the victim outside a home suffering from multiple stab wounds to the chest. He was in critical condition when he was taken by ambulance to an area hospital, where he died a short time later, according to police.

Police have charged Angela Stewart, 34, with homicide in connection with McKamey’s death. She is being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
