Pittsburgh police are asking for help finding 40-year-old Jeremy Banks, who is wanted on 12 counts of aggravated assault. Police said he might be driving a blank Infiniti.

Police are searching for a Homestead man who they said was thrown out of a Greenfield bar last month and then opened fire from his car, wounding three and sending others scrambling for cover.

Jeremy Banks, 40, faces 21 charges, including 12 counts of aggravated assault in connection with the April 30 shooting at Zeno’s on Acorn Street.

The shooting, which happened shortly before midnight, injured three people. Investigators said three others were in the direct line of fire.

A witness told detectives they knew the man who opened fire as “Perm” and gave a phone number for him, according to the complaint. Detectives linked that number back to Banks.

One victim who’d been shot in the arm said that they saw another victim struggling to remove an unruly man from the bar, according to the complaint. The man, later identified as Banks, was eventually removed but continued to cause a disturbance in the parking lot.

Multiple people told investigators that they saw Banks get into a black sedan and then start shooting toward the bar across the passenger seat from driver’s seat, according to the complaint. One victim fired back at Banks, police said.

Two victims picked Banks out of a photo array, investigators said. They noted that surveillance footage from outside the bar backed up what the victims and witness described.

Police said Banks might be driving a black Infiniti with license plate LWG-351. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
