Youth football and cheer registration
The Pine Richland Youth Football & Cheer registration for the 2022 registration is open now through May 15. Pine Richland Youth Football & Cheer offers an opportunity for kids to learn and develop skills such as good sportsmanship and responsibility as well as build new friendships and lasting memories. All that Jazz
The Hampton Presbyterian Church Big Band brings the sweet tunes through the decades. Dust off your dancing shoes and join us on May 13. Free dance lessons will be given by Matthew Lawther from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and there will be live music from 7:30-9:30. Tickets are $10 each, kids 12 and under are free. Dino Day
May 20 is Dino Day at the Pine Community Center. There will be crafts, a scavenger hunt and even an ice cream bar and cupcakes. This event is from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Pine Community Center for children aged 4-10. Parents and children need to be enrolled. Cost is $12 for a child PCC member/Pine resident, $16 for child non-members/non-residents, $7 for adult PCC members/Pine residents, and $11 for adult non-members/non-residents.
Sealarks Women’s Group
Sealarks Women’s Group will meet at 1 p.m. May 11 at Memorial Park Church, 8800 Peebles Road, McCandless.
The group provides Christian fellowship and social activity for women alone: widowed, divorced or never married. All women alone are welcome to attend and consider joining the group. The program will be a discussion on therapy dogs presented by Sandy Ritchey and her therapy dog Wendell. For more information, call 412-487-7194.
Hosanna Industries events
Hosanna Industries, which is a faith-rooted nonprofit, will hold a number of upcoming events at its Gibsonia campus, 3930 Dickey Road.

Kinder-Cooks Kitchen Club, 5-6 p.m. May 10 – Children ages 5-6 can participate in a cooking and kitchen safety class. Fee is $20.
Glazing Workshop, 10-11 a.m. May 11 – Choose from a library of bisque ware including platters, bowls, travel mugs, and more and then select from a variety of glazes to customize your piece. Relax, have fun, and paint your pottery, and Hosanna Industries will take care of the rest: firing the item(s) and contacting you when they’re available for pickup. Items will be held for 60 days. Suggested donations vary depending on size: small $10, medium $20, large $50, x-large $80+.
Art Buddies Club (A.B.C), 11 a.m.-noon May 12 – Children aged 3-5 are welcome to the Gallery, accompanied by an adult, for this art class. Fee is $10 per session.
