Members of the North Hills Coin Club are offering free, informal coin evaluations on Oct. 24 from 1-5 p.m. and a chance to check out some outstanding coin collections. No registration is required.

Glenshaw Century Club’s ‘Dinner to Go’
The Glenshaw Century Club’s final “Dinner to Go” for 2021 is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 5. The dinner, catered by Heavenly Cuisine, will include turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw and pumpkin pie. Dinners are $15 per meal, payable in cash at the time of pickup, which is from 3-6:30 p.m. at the Glenshaw Valley Presbyterian Church, 1520 Butler Plank Road, Glenshaw.

Glenshaw Century Club’s annual Holiday Craft Fair
Glenshaw Century Club’s annual Holiday Craft Fair will be Nov. 13 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church at 1719 Mt Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. Admission is free. Multiple vendors, a 50/50 drawing, vendor raffle and food to go will all be available. Masks are required.

Veterans Day service
St John’s Lutheran Church of Highland will present a special Veterans Day Service at 10 a.m. Nov. 11 at the church at 311 Cumberland Road in McCandless.
The church is inviting the community to join them.
The service will open with a Posting of the Colors by American Legion Post 80, and continue with song, prayer, significance of Veteran’s Day and remarks by Chaplain, Major Torrey O. Salem Church
All children are welcome to Trunk-or-Treat at Salem Church on from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Oct. 31. Come in costume for treats, games and story time. It’s also time for pumpkin rolls at Salem. St. Barnabas Charities clay shoot
St. Barnabas Charities will host its first sporting clays event Oct. 27 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, 777 Water Wheel Drive in Champion. The event helps to support patients and residents at St. Barnabas who rely upon the Free Care Fund.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with flight time at 9:45 a.m. The clay shoot includes a continental breakfast, lunch, silent auction with mobile bidding, an awards ceremony including Top Gun, Top Team, Top Female and special events, including 5-Stand and fun games.

Trick or Trot race
North Allegheny Foundation is hosting its annual Trick or Trot 5K Race/ 1-Mile Fun Run on Oct. 30 at Marshall Middle School’s campus. Check-in begins at 8 a.m., with the 5K starting at 8:30.
