Lane restrictions are expected to take place on the Parkway East inbound early Saturday.

PennDOT officials said a single-lane restriction is planned for 6 a.m. to noon in Pittsburgh.

The restriction is for bridge inspection on the Greenfield Bridge between the Squirrel Hill/Homestead (Exit 74) and Oakland (Exit 73B) interchanges.

Crews from The Larson Design Group will conduct the inspection.
