Man charged in connection with fatal shooting in Stowe

A man was fatally shot in Stowe early Sunday morning, the Allegheny County Police said.

Carlo Hose Stanford, 39, of Pittsburgh, was found dead at the scene inside a residence in the unit block of McKinnie Avenue. The shooting was reported at 4:37 a.m., police said.

County police charged Curtis Horne-Baker, 34, in connection with the incident.

Police said he was taken into custody in Wilkinsburg without incident. Horne-Baker is facing multiple charges, including homicide and burglary.

Detectives are investigating the fatal shooting, police said.
