Man hospitalized after being hit by vehicle in Homewood

A man was hospitalized Saturday after Pittsburgh police said he was hit by a vehicle in Homewood.

Police were called to the intersection of Frankstown Avenue and McCombs Street around 12:30 a.m. The man was taken by ambulance to a local hospital in critical condition, police said.

The suspect vehicle fled the scene.
