Man wanted for August Perry South shooting arrested

A man who was wanted in connection with a shooting in August in Pittsburgh’s Perry South neighborhood was arrested Monday.

Sheridan Marsh, 33, was arrested by Pittsburgh Police and U.S. Marshals in the 2700 block of Stafford Street near Sheraden.

He was wanted for an Aug. 19 shooting incident in the 2600 block of Perrysville Avenue, after which one man was taken into surgery in critical condition. The man had been shot at least three times, according to police.

Marsh was taken to the Allegheny County Jail. He is charged with criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and several firearms charges.
