There’s a good chance of rain throughout the day in Pittsburgh, but the tens of thousands of Swifties in town for the first of two weekend concerts will likely shake it off.

The National Weather Service called for quick bursts of rain Friday evening, with cooler than usual temperatures.

“We start out dry, then into the early evening we’ll see rain showers,” meteorologist Jason Frazier said.

“We can’t rule out a thunderstorm, but it won’t be severe.”

Frazier said temperatures will climb to a high of about 70 degrees.

“It’ll be a little bit of a cooler start for the concert,” he said.

On Saturday, concertgoers and those who are celebrating Juneteenth festivities across the region can expect dry conditions.

Temperatures are expected to reach 78 degrees with widespread sunshine.

Sunday will be much of the same, with dry conditions and warmer temperatures of about 80 degrees.
