Victor Morgan, 53, of Pitcairn on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver. Pitcairn police filed the charges May 14. Heather Petro, 33, of Elizabeth on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed March 30. Jerome Shelby, 31, of Verona on charges of simple assault, strangulation, disorderly conduct and harassment. Pitcairn police filed the charges Jan. 27. Troy Carter, 28, of Monroeville on two counts of harassment and two counts of terroristic threats. Charges were filed Nov. 4. Shane Mains, 24, of Turtle Creek on charges of possession of display documents, driving with a suspended license and two counts of conspiracy. Charges were filed May 3.Waived preliminary hearings

Isaiah Davis, 22, of Pitcairn on charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Pitcairn police filed the charges June 1. James Ponzetti, 27, of Pitcairn on charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving. Charges were filed Nov. 23. Charles Penman, 56, of Monroeville on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed April 25. Lamont Campbell, 25, of East Peoria, IL on charges of corrupt organizations, theft by deception, access device used to obtain property/service, unlawful use of a computer and criminal conspiracy.
