- Daniel Chisolm, 34, of Monaca on charges of flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at red signal, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and reckless driving. Allegheny County Sheriff’s office filed the charges Nov. 10.
- David Donofrio, 51, of Pitcairn on charges of intimidating witness, stalking, defiant trespass and loitering and prowling at night. Pitcairn police filed the charges Dec. 19.
