Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

  • Daniel Chisolm, 34, of Monaca on charges of flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at red signal, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and reckless driving. Allegheny County Sheriff’s office filed the charges Nov. 10.
  • David Donofrio, 51, of Pitcairn on charges of intimidating witness, stalking, defiant trespass and loitering and prowling at night. Pitcairn police filed the charges Dec. 19.
