District court: DUI, traffic violations handled by Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey Herbst on Aug. 9, 2021
Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases Aug. 9. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police.

• Terron Weatherspoon, 23, of Penn Hills on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, possesison of drug paraphernalia, scattering rubbish upon land, failure to obey traffic control devices, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, driving at unsafe speed, reckless driving, firearms not to be carried without a license, driving over divider, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, three counts of disregarding traffic lane and five counts of failure to perform duties at stop signs. Charges were filed Feb. 2.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Timothy Flaherty, 39, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. Charges were filed April 5.
• Terrence Fite, 42, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and improper turn. Charges were filed April 13.
• Xernna Washington, 54, of Monroeville on charges of providing a false report. Charges were filed May 18.
• Joseph Pollock, 55, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility. Charges were filed May 18.
• Ryan Dusch, 21, of Monroeville on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed July 17.
