District court: Judge Jeffrey Herbst handles drug, weapons charges
Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police.
Held for court
• Zachary Arthur Coffey, 30, of Mt. Oliver on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Jan. 25.
• Brandon James Wible, 37, of Altoona on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of drugs with intent to manufacture or deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 17.
• Keith Kielbowick, 41, of Patton on charges of criminal conspiracy, possession of drugs with intent to deliver or manufacture, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 22.
• Bethany Gilchrist, 37, of Monroeville on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to use turning signals. Charges were filed Nov. 19.
• Douglas James Wright, 38, of Monroeville on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, aiding in the consummation of crime, possession of a weapon and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed April 11.
Waived for court
• Marc Pespitro, 28, of Oakland, Calif., on charges of possession of drugs with intent to deliver or manufacture and possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed July 22.
