Drug, theft cases among Monroeville police investigations this month
Monroeville police filed the following charges Jan. 3-15 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:
• Tashawn Menefee, 26, of Pittsburgh with possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized transfer of registration, driving with a suspended license, failure to obey traffic control signals and driving without general lighting requirements. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident at Old Haymaker Road and Parkway West 376 on-ramp.
• Darnell West, 32, of Pittsburgh with receiving stolen property, retail theft and two counts of possession of instruments of a crime. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Michael Knight, 26, of Turtle Creek with unsworn falsification to authorities and making materially false statements in connection with the sale or transfer of firearms. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident along the 500 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Adam Stayrook, 21, of Monroeville with driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident at Wyngate Drive and Monroeville Boulevard.
• Jeanelle Cooper, 37, of Turtle Creek with theft of leased property. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of William Penn Highway.
• Nicole Henkel, 47, of Trafford with retail theft. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Taylor Long, 21, of Penn Hills with access device fraud, criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Jazmeair Depante, 19, of Penn Hills with retail theft. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Casey Wenum, 31, of Verona with possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and registration and certificate of title required. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
• Archie Donald, 31, of Plum with possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, windshield obstructions and wipers, turning movements and required signals and operating a vehicle without official certificate. Charges were filed Jan. 11 in connection with an incident at Route 48 and Northern Pike.
• Naekwon Wright, 23, of Penn Hills with possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on roadways laned for traffic and turning movements and required signals. Charges were filed Jan. 4 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of William Penn Highway.
• Denesha Payne, 28, of Verona with burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief and harassment. Charges were filed Jan. 10 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
• Dontay Hicks, 26, no address given with providing false identification to law enforcement. Charges were filed Jan. 5 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.
• Lanell Webster, 47, of Wilkinsburg with receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of retail theft. Charges were filed Jan. 3 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Adam Stayrook, 30, of Monroeville with driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident at Wyngate Drive and Monroeville Boulevard.
• Michael Casper, 37, of Monroeville with terroristic threats, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Jan. 15 in connection with an incident at Monroeville Boulevard and Brinton Street.
