Drug, theft cases among recent Monroeville police investigations - Jan. 10, 2020
Monroeville police filed the following charges Dec. 27-30 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:
• Hayes Eugene, 42, of Monroeville with simple assault and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Dec. 27 in connection with an incident along the 900 block of Hamlet Court.
• LyricAnn Ashley, 23, of Monroeville with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment and two counts of simple assault. Charges were file Dec. 29 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Cambridge Square.
• Jeremiah Eason, 34, of Penn Hills with disorderly conduct, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, reckless driving, careless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic, trespass by motor vehicle, failure to perform duties at stop signs and yield signs, driving at unsafe speed, failure to yield to emergency vehicles and failure to stop upon request of police. Charges were filed Dec. 28 in connection with an incident along the 500 block of Fieldstone Drive.
• Luther Springs Jr., 28, of Monroeville with simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges were filed Dec. 29 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Cambridge Square.
• Daniel Schneider, 45, of Trafford with recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Northern Pike.
• Erica Kosarich, 33, of Trafford with disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Northern Pike.
• Daniel Schneider, 45, of Trafford with recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the4300 block of Northern Pike.
• Cody Singletary, 24. of Pittsburgh with disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 1100 block of Fox Hill Drive.
• Brooks Nehemiah, no age given, of Monroeville with disorderly conduct, harassment and possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 1100 block of Fox Hill Drive.
• Erika Taylor, 20, of Pittsburgh with retail theft. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
• Tiffany Briston, 24, of Jeannette with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.
• Natasha Turner, 35, of Wilmerding with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Boulevard.
• Precious Pendleton, 18, of Monroeville with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Todd Strueve, 49, of Delmont with possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle without mufflers. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along Route 48.
• Marnajah Coleman, 20, of Pittsburgh with retail theft, corruption of minors and providing false identification to law enforcement. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
• Mario Coates, 39, of Penn Hills with retail theft. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
• Nicole Snee, 41, of Pittsburgh with retail theft and theft by deception. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
• Cydni Davis, 23, of Pittsburgh with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 500 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Steven Smith, 21, of Jeannette with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.
• Leah Black, 38, of New Kensington with retail theft. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
