Monroeville police filed the following charges July 30 to Aug. 6 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

• Eric Edwards, 50, of Pitcairn with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 30 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Anthony Beresford, 37, of Monroeville with criminal trespass. Charges were filed July 30 in connection with an incident along the 1700 block of Eagle Ridge Drive.

• Edward Stiegler, 55, of Pittsburgh with driving under the influence and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 6 in connection with an incident at Northern Pike and Valerie Circle.

• Michael Uplinger, 39, of Wilkins with sale or transfer of firearms and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed Aug. 6 in connection with an incident along the 500 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Randolph Osterhout, 37, of Tipton with possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Aug. 6 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of William Penn Highway.

• Tiera Morgan, 33, of Monroeville with loans on or lending or giving firearms prohibited, simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Aug. 6 in connection with an incident along the 4600 block of Old William Penn Highway.

• Travis Batts, 38, of Bellwood with possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia Charges were filed Aug. 6 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of William Penn Highway.

• Kathryn Coscarelli, 36, of New Kensington with receiving stolen property and retail theft. Charges were filed Aug. 6 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.

• Michael Styslinger, 33, of Pitcairn with possession of controlled substances and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Aug. 6 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Christopher Cooper, 28, no address given with person not to possess firearms, carrying a firearm without a license, simple assault and strangulation. Charges were filed Aug. 1 in connection with an incident along the 4600 block of Old William Penn Highway.
