Held for court
• Ann Bianconi, 42, of Altoona on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding maximum speed limits by 45 mph and possession of controlled substances. State police filed the charges Feb. 24.
• Luther Springs, 30, of Monroeville on charges of possession of instruments of a crime, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Feb. 23.
• Aquilla Ellison, 27, of Pittsburgh on charges of receiving stolen property, unlawful use of a computer, unsworn falsification to authorities and two counts of theft by deception. Charges were filed Aug. 31.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Jason Stenger, 40, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and careless driving. State police filed the charges Feb. 22.
• Aschlea Leviege, 34, of Turtle Creek on charges of driving under the influence and disregard traffic lane. Charges were filed Feb. 22.
• Randolph Dillinger, 54, of North Huntingdon on four counts of making repairs/selling offensive weapons. Charges were filed Nov. 4.
• Thomas Griffin, 46, of Pittsburgh on charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft. Charges were filed June 10.
• Kellen Hawkins, 36, of Pittsburgh on charges of receiving stolen property, possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed June 18.
