Monroeville police filed the following charges Dec. 28-30 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:
- Eddie Gaines, 40, of Monroeville with indecent exposure and open lewdness. Charges were filed Dec. 28 in connection with an incident along the 1100 block of Fox Hill Drive.
- Letitia Edwards-Pinkett, 26, of Monroeville with retail theft. Charges were filed Dec. 29 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
- Patricia Coto, 34, of Penn Hills with retail theft. Charges were filed Dec. 30 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
