DUI, theft cases among those recently handled by Judge Herbst in Monroeville

Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Brittney Savage, 29, of Pittsburgh on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Oct. 4.

• Michael Schuab, 58, of Monaca on charges of driving under the influence, possession of controlled substances and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Pitcairn police filed the charges June 26.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Maurice Goods, 45, of Braddock on two counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Jan. 12.

• Herbert Campbell, 64, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed July 30.

• Rayone Hyatt, 29, of Pitcairn on charges of terroristic threats, stalking, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and two counts of harassment. Pitcairn police filed the charges June 17.

• Terrance Hollaman, 19, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence and turning movements and required signals. Charges were filed Jan. 19.

• Robert Ellison, 32, of Turtle Creek on charges of burglary and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed April 21.
