DUIs, drug charges among cases recently handled by Judge Herbst in Monroeville
Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Jeffery Ali Knox, 28, of Columbia, Md. on a charge of simple assault. The charge was filed June 24.
• Michael Rashawn Taylor, 44, of the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh on charges of possessing a firearm when prohibited, possession of drugs with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed March 27.
Waived for court
• Ciara Warner, 27, of Blawnox on two charges of DUI. Charges were filed March 28.
• Ashley Leonetti, 31, of Pitcairn on two DUI charges and a charge of driving under a suspended or revoked driver’s license. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police Jan. 21.
• Pamela Joy Cramer, 44, of Plum on a charge of fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance. The charge was filed Aug. 21.
• Frank John Pasquarelli, 57, of Monroeville on two DUI charges and a charge of having an open alcoholic container in the vehicle. Charges were filed July 24.
• Paul Blazeck, 60, of Monroeville on a charge of failing to yeild at a right-of-way and a DUI charge. Charges were filed June 1.
