Coffee, bagels and fruit will be served at 10 a.m. for those who register. The walk will begin at approximately 11, followed by a picnic at Sugar Camp Park, which will conclude at dusk. Hot dogs and snacks will be available immediately following the walk, and a full dinner will be served at 2 p.m.
The Brandon P. Kuster Memorial Foundation was created in honor of Brandon Kuster, a former Gateway High School student who passed away in 2008. Its purposes are to award an annual scholarship to a senior student at Gateway High School, to participate in projects that benefit youth in the Pitcairn, Monroeville and surrounding areas, and to support families who have experienced tragedies.
