Monroeville cancels ‘Citizens’ Night’

Monroeville council has canceled its regularly scheduled “Citizens’ Night” meeting on May 7.

The meeting, typically held the Thursday before council’s monthly voting meeting, is a time for residents to voice concerns, questions, grievances and any other discussion items.

Council members also sets the agenda for its monthly voting meetings during the Citizens Night meeting.

Instead, residents are encouraged to submit questions and comments via email to the municipal manager, Tim Little, by May 11. His email address is tlittle@monroeville.pa.us.

The emails will be read during council’s May 12 voting meeting, which will start at 7 p.m. and be held at the municipal building, 2700 Monroeville Blvd., according to a public notice posted on its website.

Council met virtually for the April voting meeting.
