National and regional experts on health and wellness will be in Monroeville this weekend for the third annual Mind Body Spirit Healing expo.

The event is presented by Kelly Simon Management and scheduled for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Blvd.

“This is the largest expo yet with more than 110 booths filling the convention center to capacity with practitioners and vendors featuring information on products on holistic living, crystals and stones, nutrition, health and wellness, Reiki, detox, energy healing, CBD, hemp, naturopathy, meditation, alternative medicine, yoga, acupuncture, reflexology, the paranormal and more,” event organizer Kelly Simon said. “Healers, body workers, psychics, mediums and energy workers will also be on hand to perform their services at the Expo.”

A variety of special attractions are in store for patrons such as a labyrinth, a Himalayan salt room with ionized salt materials to draw toxins and impurities out of the body, reduce inflammation and improve respiratory functions.

The expo also features an intention garden for quiet meditation.

Experts will provide more than 25 lectures, mini-seminars, workshops, products and services.

Topics range from plant-based foods to Reiki to healing emotions with flowers and Edgar Cayce.

Speakers will explore everything from love to spirituality, intuition and energy, and even recent mysterious encounters in Pennsylvania.

Admission is $10 for one day or $15 for a weekend pass. Children younger than 12 get in free.
