Monroeville police charges filed from Sept. 21-30
Monroeville police filed the following charges Sept. 21 to 30 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:
• Elyzah Cecil King Bradley, 19, with harassment, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault. Charges were filed Sept. 21 in connection with an incident along the 3800 block of Northern Pike. Police did not list a place of residence for King Bradley.
• Tammy Joy Jones, 33, of Monroeville with making terroristic threats and simple assault. Charges were filed Sept. 22 in connection with an incident along the 1100 block of Colegate Drive.
• Joshua Vincent Piccar, 29, of Greensburg with possession of suboxone, driving under revoked or suspended license, driving without registration and failure to produce a license or financial responsibility. Charges were filed Sept. 25 by Pennsylvania State Police in connection with an incident along I-376 in Monroeville.
• Alana M. Fusco, 55, of Ligonier with possession of hydromorphone. The charge was filed Sept. 25 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office in connection with an incident at UPMC East.
• Samuel Paul Broadrick, 29, of Gallitzin, Pa. with possession of heroin. The charge was filed Sept. 25 in connection with an incident along the 5000 block of William Penn Highway.
• David Joseph Bosh, 28, of Ellwood City with resisting arrest, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, scattering rubbish and producing false identification with law enforcement. Charges were filed Sept. 25 in connection to an incident along the 2100 block of Mosside Boulevard.
• Desmond Tutu Mickens, 35, of Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood with failing to produce registration for a vehicle, failing to give turning signals, not wearing a seat belt, failing to yield to the right-of-way, careless driving, driving while a license is revoked or suspended, parking a vehicle between roadways and three DUIs. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 25 in connection with an incident at the Haymaker and I-376 on-ramp in Monroeville.
• Colen Matthew Lewis, 23, of Greensburg with moving out of a traffic lane unsafely, careless driving, impeding traffic and three DUIs. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 25 in connection with an incident on I-376 West in Monroeville.
• Brady James Hindes, 19, of Carnegie with reckless driving, underage drinking, failing to use turning signals and a DUI. Charges were filed Sept. 30 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Old William Penn Highway.
