Monroeville police file charges for drugs, trespassing, other offenses Sept. 3, 4

Monroeville police filed the following charges in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office. Charges were filed Sept. 3 and 4 by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:

• Hailey Paige Rose, 24, of Blairsville with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Sept. 3 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Brandon Steban, 18, of Jeannette with possession of a small amount of marijuana. The charge was filed Sept. 3 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Pitcairn and Stroschein roads.

• Jacob Allen Eanniello, 34, of Monroeville with a DUI, careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and operation of a vehicle without official certificate. Charges were filed Sept. 3 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Northern Pike.

• Emmanuel Lavar McGuire, 23, of West Mifflin with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Sept. 3 in connection with an incident along Mosside Boulevard.

• John Raymond Stenhouse, 20, of Turtle Creek with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, driving a vehicle without a license and operation of a vehicle without official certificates. Charges were filed Sept. 3 in connection with an incident at the intersection of James Street and Queen Drive.

• Julius L. Carrington, 45, of Pitcairn with defiant trespassing. The charge was filed Sept. 3 by Pitcairn police in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Nicholas William Norris, 28, of Wilmerding with possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespassing. Charges were filed Sept. 3 by Pitcairn police in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Madge Marie Lomax, 40, of Penn Hills with possession of heroin and cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Sept. 4 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Timothy Jon Green, 34, of Monroeville with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Sept. 4 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
