Police log: Monroeville police charges filed from Oct. 7-15

Monroeville police filed the following charges Oct. 7 to 15 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:

• Andrew Hampton, 26, of Pitcairn with three counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Oct. 7 in connection with an incident along Tilbrook Road.

• Peter Kamara, 23, of Penn Hills with possession of controlled substances, driving without a license and driving a vehicle without registration and certificate of title. Charges were filed Oct. 8 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of William Penn Highway.

• Sara Wesley, 39, of North Versailles with driving under the influence and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Oct. 7 in connection with an incident near the intersection of William Penn Highway and Stroschein Road.

• Paul Donoughe, 37, of Plum with possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 8 in connection with an incident along the 4400 block of Old William Penn Highway.

• Matthew Matesic, 28, of Monroeville with possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 8 in connection with an incident along the 4400 block of Old William Penn Highway.

• Tyrone Williams, 33, of Pitcairn with simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 9 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Cambridge Square Drive.

• Robert Joyner, 45, of Pitcairn with resisting arrest, harassment, public drunkenness and two counts of disorderly conduct. Pitcairn police filed the charges Oct. 8 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Center Avenue.

• Robert Kemp, 41, of Altoona with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, fleeing or attempting to elude police, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substances, reckless driving, prohibitions against changing lanes and two counts of conspiracy. Charges were filed Oct. 10 in connection with an incident near the intersection of William Penn Highway and Golden Mile Highway.

• Vladimir Mishkov, 63, of Monroeville with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Oct. 14 in connection with an incident near the intersection of Route 48 and 130.

• Nicolas Fierro, 22, of Cranberry with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Oct. 15 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Center Street.

• Paul Blazek, 60, of Monroeville with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic, failure to stop and give information or render aid, failure to give immediate notice of an accident to a police department and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 15 in connection with an incident along the 3800 block of Northern Pike.

• Sydney Bittner, 22, of Monroeville with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 15 in connection with an incident near the intersection of Mosside Boulevard and William Penn Highway.

• Keith Linn, 34, of Monroeville with four counts of neglect of animals, three counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and one count of cruelty to animals. Charges were filed Oct. 15 in connection with an incident along the 1400 block of Lynn Avenue.

• Hillary Siel, 26, of Monroeville with two counts of cruelty to animals, two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and five counts of neglect of animals. Charges were filed Oct. 15 in connection with an incident along the 1400 block of Lynn Avenue.

• Stephen Linn, 59, of Monroeville with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, four counts of neglect of animals and one count of cruelty to animals. Charges were filed Oct. 15 in connection with an incident along the 1400 block of Lynn Avenue.

• Karis Linn, 55, of Monroeville with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, five counts of neglect of animals and two counts of cruelty to animals. Charges were filed Oct. 15 in connection with an incident along the 1400 block of Lynn Avenue.
