Police log: Monroeville police file charges in July incidents

Monroeville police filed the following charges July 1-29 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:

• Richard Ray, 65, of Pitcairn with two DUIs and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway. Charges were filed July 29 in connection to an incident along the 4300 block of Northern Pike.

• William J. Noppe, 34, of Greensburg with two counts of theft from a motor vehicle. Charges were filed July 29 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Northern Pike.

• Melissa Amber Daffron, 41, of Monroeville with two DUIs. Charges were filed July 29 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Northern Pike and Deauville Drive.

• Jonathan Delgado, 21, of West View with two counts of simple assault. Charges were filed July 29 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Eddi Fairman, 34, of Greensburg with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkeness. Charges were filed July 29 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Kaitlyn Marie Ostrawski, 30, of Saltsburg with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 29 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• August Jona Pompelia, 26, of Homer City with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Charges were filed July 29 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Amber Lynn Lutz, 28, of Natrona Heights with prostitution, theft by deception and accepting over $20,000 for refraining from reporting a false rape — a charge known as compounding. Charges were filed July 28 in connection to an incident along the 600 block of Illini Drive.

• Daniel McClain, 49, of Monroeville with patronizing a prostitute and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed July 28 in connection to an incident along the 600 block of Illini Drive.

• Maximillion Lee Polster, 21, of Fox Chapel with three DUIs, careless driving and speeding. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on July 15 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.

• James L. Green, 62, of Wilkinsburg with retail theft. The charge was filed July 15 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Markdean Edward Cook, 37, of Monroeville with simple assault. The charge was filed July 15 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of William Penn Highway.

• Gina Deannuntis, 32, of Jeannette with disorderly conduct, a DUI and two counts of harassment. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police on July 15 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Highland Avenue.

• Amnia’Sha Zanders, 18, of North Versailles with defiant trespassing, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police on July 15 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Third Street.

• Melinda Gerken, 32, of Pitcairn with a DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police on July 15 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Brinton Avenue.

• Lauren Brenzy, 27, of Weirton, W. Va., with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed July 14 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Brian McCleary, 41, of Slickville with possession of heroin and driving under a suspended or revoked license. Charges were filed July 14 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Golden Mile Highway and Old Frankstown Road.

• James Weir, 33, of East Freedom with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed July 14 in connection with an incident along the 4400 block of William Penn Highway.

• Ricardo Vivas, 53, of Penn Hills with unlawful sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed July 14 in connection with an incident along the 3700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Junius L. Bandy, 40, of Pittsburgh with unlawful sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed July 14 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Boulevard.

• Vanessa Kowalyk, 33, of Plum with reckless driving, careless driving, following too closely and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on July 13 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.

• Antionette Saunders, 42, of Pitcairn with defiant trespassing. The charge was filed by Pitcairn police on July 13 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Brandon Ronald Gabriel, 44, of Lower Burrell with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed July 8 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.

• Melissa Ann Cole, 39, of Monroeville with simple assault. The charge was filed July 10 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Cambridge Square Drive.

• Patrick Williams, 33, of Hyde Park with possession of methamphetamine and heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 10 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Stroschein Road.

• Jodi L. White, 48, of Monroeville with a DUI and failure to obey traffic signals. Charges were filed July 10 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Joseph Bartolomeo, 39, of Sheraden with fictitious reports to law enforcement. The charge was filed July 1 in connection to an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Herman Henry Geiger, 30, of Wilmerding with causing a crash with injuries while not properly licensed, causing an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, failing to obey traffic signals, careless driving, following too closely and driving under a suspended or revoked license. Charges were filed July 1 in connection to an incident at the intersection of Northern Pike and Mosside Boulevard.

• Keona Arrington, 22, of Youngwood with theft. The charge was filed July 1 in connection with an incident along the 4800 block of William Penn Highway.

• Jeffery Ali Knox, 28, of Columbia, Md., with simple assault. The charge was filed July 1 in connection with an incident along the 1oo block of Cambridge Square Drive.
